Torsten Heinrich is a partner at LACORE. He works on a forensic level but also advises clients in corporate, banking, trade, and commercial law. Mr. Heinrich’s focus is on committed litigation in cases involving complex and complicated facts – particularly in disputes between companies, shareholders, and supervisory board members – and for banks in all banking activities, particularly regarding the handling of distressed fund financing. Moreover, Mr. Heinrichs specializes in stock corporation law and commercial agency law. He comprehensively advises clients on the formation of public limited liability companies and the preparation/organization of their general meetings with complicated/complex contents or if critical shareholders are involved. In the area of commercial agency law, he primarily engages in the drafting of commercial agency contracts and all related matters.
Mr. Heinrich first studied economics at Technical University Carolo-Wilhelmina Braunschweig and then law at Georg-August University Göttingen. After his admission to the bar in 1994, he first worked as an employee then as a partner in large national commercial law firms.
